We accredited the skills gained as residents work to improve communities, allowing housing organisations to guide residents through CIH nationally-recognised qualifications.

Our award-winning Positive Action for Disability scheme, which helps to further the careers and aspirations of disabled employees in the housing sector.

Our two-year traineeships combine work placement with academic study to develop the talents and knowledge of disabled employees while increasing their professional expertise.
